These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by:

Scope of Application

These terms apply to all online orders placed through the Kill Bill Sushi website for delivery in the western region of Mauritius.

Prices

All prices listed are inclusive of taxes (TTC) and are displayed in Mauritian Rupees (MUR). Delivery charges are added at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver only within the west coast of Mauritius.

  • Estimated delivery time: between 45 minutes to 1 hour
  • Delivery fee: MUR 200 per order

Delivery time is indicative only. Delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit card (via MIPS / MCB)
  • Juice by MCB
  • Cash on delivery

Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please verify all order details as we do not accept modifications or cancellations once the order is confirmed.

No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final. Due to the nature of food products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless required by law (e.g., in case of a product safety issue).

Language of Contract

These Terms are written in English and all transactions and communication will be in English.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius. In case of dispute, the courts of Mauritius shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
